About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35

1. The resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 5/38337) to add 2014, with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Determine that by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade the term of the state price regulation can be prolonged for the goods included in the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade no more than 90 days within one year, in the presence of approval of the Eurasian economic commission.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
