About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450

1. Bring in the Rules of the conclusion and execution of construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 26, Art. 683; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 82, 5/34140; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.07. 2013, 5/37558; 18:12. 2013, 5/38153; 10:11. 2016, 5/42885), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 3:

to exclude the paragraph of the eighth;

the ninth and tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighth and ninth;

1.2. in Item 8:

from paragraph two of subitem 8.1 of the word"," to exclude capital repairs;

second and third subitem 8.2 to exclude parts;

1.3. in Item 19:

in part one:
