About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2056

1. Bring in the Regulations on the state supervision in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 2056 "About some questions of implementation of the state supervision in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 15, 5/29097; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.04. 2014, 5/38677; 29.03. 2016, 5/41859), following changes and amendments:
1.1. the second Item 1 to state part in the following edition:
"Action of this provision does not extend much the organization and control (supervision) of compliance with law in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety when implementing activities for use of atomic energy in case of construction and commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.";
1.2. to state subitem 5.1 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.1. carries out scheduled and unscheduled inspections of observance by subjects of supervision of requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety, and also action technical (technological, testing) nature and performs measures of preventive and precautionary nature;";
1.3. add the Provision with Items 5-1 - 5-8 following contents:
"5-1. Scheduled inspections are carried out based on the annual plan of supervising and scheduled maintenance of Gosatomnadzor approved by the chief of Gosatomnadzor.
