According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About microcredit institutions" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 23, 2018 "About additional measures for increase in availability of banking services" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides No. PP-3620:
1. Make change and addition to the Rules of carrying out financial transactions by microcredit institutions approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 7, 2006 No. 24/3 (рег. No. 1642 of November 23, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, Art. No. 46-47, 470), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
