About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 34, Art. 435; 2006, No. 8, Art. 93; 2013, No. 31, Art. 360; 2017, No. 32, Art. 345) following changes:

1. In paragraphs one and the fourth Article 2 of the word "The Omission on Customs Area of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Customs clearance".

2. Add Article 3-2 with words and figures "and also on cars of emergency medical service, vehicles of special purpose - the portable medical clinics recognized as the humanitarian assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" which are imported for the purpose of free circulation and are classified by such codes according to UKT foreign trade activities: 8703 23 19th 10, 8703 23 19th 30, 8703 23 90th 11, 8703 23 90th 13, 8703 23 90th 31, 8703 23 90th 33, 8703 24 10th 00, 8703 24 90th 10, 8703 24 90th 30, 8703 32 19th 00, 8703 32 90th 10, 8703 32 90th 30, 8703 33 19th 00, 8703 33 90th 10, 8703 33 90th 30, 8705 90 80 90".
