About modification of the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 22, the Art. 855, No. 54, Art. 1891; 2017, No. 67, the Art. 1976), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms

1.  To add Item 2 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of such content:

"purchase cost - the expected cost of purchase or the price of the power service agreement specified by the participant in the tender offer (in case of implementation of purchase of power service according to the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of new investment opportunities, guaranteeing the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business activity for carrying out large-scale power upgrade");".

With respect thereto third - the eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the twelfth.

2.  To add Item 6 after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of such content:

"During implementation of public purchase of power service the amount of remuneration established in this Item is determined depending on the cost of the purchase specified by the participant/winner in the tender offer.".
