1. Make changes in Item 11 of the Standard technological scheme of implementation of customs control of air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them, at check points through frontier, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, of the Art. 1546, No. 91, of the Art. 3674), having stated paragraphs the eighth and ninth in the following edition:

"Control of re-export (reimport) of the aircraft is exercised by customs authorities based on information on aircraft departure from the airport and its arrival in the airport of Ukraine which daily turns out GFS and Administration of State frontier service on a grant basis from the State company of servicing of air traffic of Ukraine.

The procedure for receipt of information is established by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
