Add with Item 1.4-1 of the following content the Section "II. Application of medical measures concerning persons who got sick with drug addiction" "Rules of application of procedure and conditions of use of drugs and psychotropic substances in the medical purposes and also medical measures concerning the persons who got sick with drug addiction", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 9, 2006 No. 39 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 187; 2008, No. 2, Articles 123, 130; 2015, No. 2, Article 242; 2016, No. 3, Articles 588, 601, 606, No. 10, Article 1717):
"1.4-1. Persons to whom measures of the forced treatment which is subject to release from criminal liability in connection with drug addiction are applied undergo hospitalization in specialized medical institution.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the beginning of action of medical institution at which measures of forced treatment of medical nature in connection with drug addiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic are performed.
