About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 8, the Art. 392) the following changes:

Item 4 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. Calculation of the insurance years of service necessary for award of pension is made in the calendar period on all bases provided in Items 1 and 2 of this Article.

The periods of insurance years of service provided in Items 1 and 2 of this Article and acquired before introduction of the personified (individual) accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purposes of compulsory national social insurance are counted based on the documents issued in accordance with the established procedure by employers or competent authorities.

The periods of insurance years of service provided in Items 1 and 2 of this Article and the introductions of the personified (individual) accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic acquired later for the purposes of compulsory national social insurance, are counted based on personal insurance accounts.

In case of detection of inaccuracies in records of the service record before introduction of the personified accounting the Social fund and its territorial authorities shall request from employers and in competent authorities information of the specifying nature.

Are among inaccuracies in records of the service record:

- discrepancies in writing of surname, name, middle name (in the presence of that) and birth date in the service record and the passport;

- absence in the service record of seal (stamp) of the employer and the signature of the responsible person, date of acceptance and dismissal;
