1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue of the conclusion about possibility of destruction of the goods intended for the room under the customs procedure of destruction approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2014 No. 25 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2014, 8/28826), following changes:
in Item 3 of the word "the customs legislation of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union regulating customs legal relationship";
to exclude from appendix 1 to this Instruction of the word "L. S.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
