About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning defense of rather Landing and assault troops

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) the paragraph of the sixth part two of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 410; 2004, No. 33-34, of Art. 405; 2009, No. 19, Art. 258; 2016, 31, 546) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Separate type of military forces - Landing and assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

2) in the paragraph the fifteenth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2009, No. 19, Art. 258; 2016, 31, the Art. 546, No. 33, the Art. 564) words of "High-mobile landing troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words No. "Landing and assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine";

3) in the paragraph the second part one of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 28, Art. 250; 2016, 31, the Art. 546) words of "High-mobile landing troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words No. "Landing and assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
