Make the following changes to "The instruction for use water objects for needs of fish and hunting farms", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 8, 2000 No. 82 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 5, Article 363; 2004, No. 9, Article 745):
1. regarding 1 after the word "fish" to add with words ", including aquacultural".
2. in part 2 to exclude the word "values".
3. in the second paragraph of part 4 shall be replaced with words the word of "inventories" "and other water bioresources", in the third paragraph of the word "fishes," shall be replaced with words valuable fur and other water animals "fishes, valuable fur and other water bioresources", in the fourth paragraph of the word "fishery meliorative" shall be replaced with words "fish breeding and economic meliorative".
4. to give the fourth paragraph of part 5 in the following edition:
