About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning preserving and development of the domestic ship-building industry

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:

1. In part four of Article 149 of the word "but no more than for one year" shall be replaced with words also in figures "but no more than for term, stipulated in Article 151 of this Code".

2. The second Article 151 to add part with words and figures "and for the companies of the ship-building industry (within class 30.11 of group of 30.1 Sections of the 30th class 33.15 of group 33.1 of Section 33 KVED of group of companies 009: Aggregate term of conversion cannot exceed 2010) 730 days".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.

3. Determine that before reduction of the legislation of Ukraine in compliance with this Law other legal and subordinate regulatory legal acts are applied in the part which is not contradicting this Law.
