About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation", "About the address of medical products")

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, Art. No. 7-8, 767) the following changes:

1) in Item 26 of Article 4 of the word "list of the vital medicines" shall be replaced with words "The national list of the vital medicines";

The word of "list" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2 of Article 6 "The national list";

3) in Article 22:

a) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. For the purpose of increase in access to effective types of medical care and rational use of public funds by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the National list of the vital medicines affirms.

Criteria and procedure for forming of the National list of the vital medicines are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The national list of the vital medicines is periodically updated (at least once in 2 years).";

b) add Article with part of 2-1 following content:

"2-1. The pricing technique on the medicines included in the National list of the vital medicines is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the address of medical products" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, Art. No. 7-8, 768) the following changes:
