About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of state regulation of licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services) I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services), approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2012 No. 71 "About procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services)", the following changes:

to exclude from paragraph one of part one of subitem 12.1 of Item 12 of the word "and certified by seal of the license applicant";

to exclude from Item 25 of the word "and seal of the licensee";

to exclude from paragraph two of part one of Item 54 and paragraph two of part one of Item 62 of the word "and certified by seal of the licensee";

to add subitem 107.1 of Item 107 after the paragraph of the eleventh with the paragraph of the following content:

"carrying out special reverse engineering of the information systems and complexes of communication protected with use of cryptographic remedies of the state secrets;";

exclude Item 109.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
