1. Approve General regulations of legislative metrology of RGML 12:2018 "National system of metrology. Metrological marking and certificates on checking", according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 226 of December 31, 2013. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 72-77, the Art. 375) about approval of the main regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 12:2013 "National system of metrology. Checking of legalized measuring instruments. Organization and procedure for carrying out";

2) the Second paragraph of Item 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 114 of July 2, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 237-241, the Art. 1377) about approval of the main regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 26:2012 "National system of metrology. Verification marks";
