About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of legal regulation in the field of organizational support of activities of magistrate judges

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 17, 1998 No. 188-FZ "About magistrate judges in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 51, Art. 6270; 2004, No. 25, Art. 2481; No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 49, Art. 4843; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4588; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7594; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4277) following changes:

1) Article 9:

a) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Management of activities of the device of the magistrate judge is performed by the magistrate judge of the respective judicial site.";

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Movement of the worker of the device of the magistrate judge of other position, application of encouragement measures to it and penalties, and also approval of the leave schedule of workers of the device of the magistrate judge is performed by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in coordination with the magistrate judge of the respective judicial site.";

Article 10 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 10. Organizational support of activities of magistrate judges

1. Organizational support of activities of magistrate judges is performed by executive bodies of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation. Organizational support of activities of magistrate judges is understood as the actions of personnel, financial, material, information and other nature directed to creation of conditions for complete and independent implementation of justice.
