About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2009 No. 228 "About Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 12, Art. 1431; 2011, No. 21, Art. 2965; No. 40, Art. 5548; No. 44, Art. 6272; 2012, No. 39, Art. 5270; No. 44, Art. 6043; 2013, No. 45, Art. 5822; 2015, No. 22, Art. 3225; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3330; No. 24, Art. 3544; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4144; No. 41, Art. 5980).
2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by the changes approved by Item 1 of this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. Declare invalid the paragraph of the seventh of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 786 "About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 40, the Art. 5548).
