About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organizations which are a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2009 No. 208 "About establishment of the application form about issue of permission to acquisition of weapon to the organizations conducting hunting economy, to the organizations of physical culture and sport, organizations of education and the organizations performing issue of the state certificates on the hunting right" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 175, 8/21226; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.06.2013, 8/27638):
replace the word "L. S." with the word "L. S. *";
add appendix with the interlinear note "*" the following content:
