About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of fish and sury frozen

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of fish and sury frozen, classified by codes 0303 89 900 7 and 0304 95 100 0 CN FEA EEU, in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2019 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) with codes 0303 89 900 7 and 0304 95 100 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with the reference to the note "52C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 52C of the following content:

"52C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission from 20 december 2017 №108 till 31.12.2019 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
