Article 1

Bring in article 189.56 of the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7543; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3891; 2017, No. 18, Art. 2661) following changes:

In cases and according to the procedure which are provided by this Federal Law the actions for the prevention of bankruptcy of bank and settlement of obligations of bank provided by this Federal Law are performed by funds from investors, the Agency, the Bank of Russia (Fund of consolidation of banking sector), and also can be performed at the expense of the means of the federal budget provided as property fee of the Russian Federation in the property of the Agency which is not fund of compulsory deposit insurance for financial provision of holding the actions provided by the Federal Laws.";

"6. Provision to the Agency of funds of the federal budget for implementation of actions for the prevention of bankruptcy of bank or settlement of its obligations is performed according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation.".
