Article 1

1) in Item 8 of Article 2 of the word "The government of the Russian Federation in the respective sphere federal executive body" shall be replaced with words "in the corresponding field of activity state control (supervision) body";

2) in Article 8:

a) add part 2 with Item of 41 following contents:

"41) installation, dismantle, operation, including servicing and repair of elevators, lift platforms for disabled people, passenger conveyors (moving walking paths), escalators, except for escalators in the subways.";

b) in paragraph one of part 6 of the word "federal executive body" shall be replaced with words "state control (supervision) body";

3) in Item 3 of part 8 of Article 9 of the word "The government of the Russian Federation in the respective sphere federal executive body" shall be replaced with words "in the corresponding field of activity state control (supervision) body";
