b) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Costs on the case of the administrative offense made by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur are charged to specified persons, except for the amounts paid to the translator. The amounts paid to the translator in connection with consideration of the case about the administrative offense made by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur and provided by this Code are charged to the federal budget, and costs on the case of the administrative offense made by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur and provided by the law of the subject of the Russian Federation - on the budget account of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation.
