About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning project financing

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Program of the support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of project financing, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2014 No. 1044 "About approval of the Program of support of the investment projects realized in the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of project financing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 42, Art. 5751; 2015, No. 9, Art. 1338; 2016, No. 46, Art. 6460; 2017, No. 22, Art. 3167):

a) to add the name of the Section VI with the words "and replacements of final borrowers";

b) add with Items 69 - 78 following contents:

"69. The interdepartmental commission based on orders of the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation about replacement of the final borrower in the credit agreement and the agreement on provision of a guarantee (further - the decision on replacement of the final borrower) has the right to make such decision in case of observance of the following conditions on consideration of question of decision making:

compliance of the final borrower which is granted the loan provided with guarantee for the purpose of implementation of the investment project selected for participation in this Program (further - the initial final borrower) and also the final borrower concerning whom the question of decision making of replacement of the borrower is considered (further - the new final borrower), to the requirements established by Items 22 and 23 of this Program;
