Article 1

Article 5 to add 1) with Item 2.2 of the following content:

"2.2. The system of the public veterinary service of the Russian Federation includes also the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state veterinary supervision at the check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation determined by the Government of the Russian Federation from among specialized check points.";

Article 8 to add 2) with Item 2.2 of the following content:

"2.2. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish competence of federal executive bodies on implementation of the state veterinary supervision at the check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation determined by the Government of the Russian Federation from among specialized check points and also procedure of such supervision.";
