About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 123) the following changes:
in Article 7:
a) in the paragraph the fourteenth 2 words of "(block of shares)" to exclude parts;
b) recognize parts 4 and 5 invalid;
c) state part 6 in the following edition:
"The procedure for transfer of state-owned property to trust management is determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of trust management of state-owned property.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
