In article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2010 "About safety of hydraulic engineering constructions" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 825; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 2, 2018, No. 1500) to make the following changes:
- regarding 1 word "or users" to replace with "words", users or according to their order the relevant organizations meeting the requirements established by authorized state body";
- regarding 4 words "at the scheduled time" shall be replaced with words "in accordance with the established procedure".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
