About introduction of amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. Part 3 of article 141 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of December 16, 2016 to state to ZR-9-N (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"3. Promotions on vacant positions of judges of the Constitutional Court make serially the President of the Republic, General meeting of judges and the Government after discovery of vacancy on judgeship of the Constitutional Court in a month, and in case of completion of powers or age achievement of limit of continuance in office of the judge of the Constitutional Court - in a month after receipt of the corresponding data from the Chairman of the Constitutional Court.".

Article 2. The first offer of part 3 of article 142 of the Law to state in the following edition:

"3. The supreme judicial council proposes the candidate for chairmen of Court of cassation according to the written application directed to the Chairman of National Assembly according to the procedure, established by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "The judicial code of the Republic of Armenia", - in ten-day time from the date of the expiration of continuance in office of the chairman of Court of cassation, and in case of vacancy on other bases - in a month.".
