Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2001 "About medicines and pharmaceutical activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 7, Art. 499; 2003, No. 12, Art. 700; 2007, No. 5, Art. 375; 2008, No. 6, Art. 467; 2012, No. 7, Art. 711) following changes and amendments:

1.
