Based on subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45 "About approval of some regulatory legal acts in the field of quarantine of plants" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.02. 2017, 8/31787) following changes:

exclude Item 1;

to exclude appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
