Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2015 No. 1169 "About procedure for carrying out monitoring of compliance of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, plans of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, medicines, the changes made to such plans, assessments of conformity of drafts of such plans, projects of the changes made to such plans, to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchase, procedure and terms of suspension of implementation of the specified plans for results such assessment and monitoring" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 45, Art. 6259; 2016, No. 2, Art. 327; No. 51, Art. 7405).

The federal executive body performing law-enforcement functions on cash servicing of execution of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation provides possibility of use of unified information system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs (further - unified information system) for the purpose of:";

b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"implementation of possibility of use of functions of unified information system by corporation for assessment of conformity and monitoring of compliance, including regarding ensuring access of authorized persons of corporation to unified information system.".
