1. Entry of foreign citizens into the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed based on the visa documents issued by diplomatic and consular representations of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the states of the CIS in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan if other is not provided by international agreements.
2. The foreign citizens having diplomatic or service passports, as well as constantly living in the territory of the states of the CIS, including accredited in the relevant departments of the specified states perform entrance on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. The foreign citizens arriving to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan are subject to registration in accordance with the established procedure in law-enforcement bodies, and also the accepting organizations and organizations, except the staff of foreign diplomatic and consular establishments, members of their families, and also other categories of the foreign citizens accredited under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For violation of order of registration, accommodation according to invalid documents, evasion from departure after fixed term corrective actions up to expulsion from the republic can be applied to them.
