About entering of amendment into the Instruction about procedure for forming by banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations of the fund of required reserves placed in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of the fifty eighth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Add the Instruction about procedure for forming by banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations of the fund of required reserves placed in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 No. 781 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.02. 2016, 8/30659), Item 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1. If the National Bank reveals the transactions made by bank for the purpose of understating of base of reservation on board decision of National Bank for the purpose of regulation of money supply in the address and liquidity of bank system the amount of reserve requirements of bank calculated based on information obtained from bank according to appendix 2, can be increased.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
