1. Bring in the Instruction about order of interaction of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, local financial bodies and banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus using electronic documents approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2016 No. 21/184 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.06.2016, 8/31067), the following changes:
in Item 5:
in word part one "operator of which is the Settlement center of National Bank" shall be replaced with words "functioning of which provides "Belarusian Interbank Settlement Center" open joint stock company;
to exclude from part two of the word "in the field of technical regulation and standardization";
to exclude from Item 6 of the word "in the field of technical regulation and standardization".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2018.
