1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation of average earnings approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 44, 8/3382; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.09.2017, 8/32426), following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 5:
"complete" to exclude the word from part one;
third to exclude part;
1.2. in Item 8 of the word "In Case" shall be replaced with words "In cases";
1.3. add Item 9 with part two of the following content:
"Complete month calendar month in which the worker worked all working days according to employment policies and procedures (further - PVTR) or to the approved working schedule (working in shifts), and also days of its absence according to the legislation, in cases of preserving average earnings in the amount of 100 percent is considered.";
