1. If the debtor during the term established for voluntary execution of the requirement about removal of information distributed in the Internet network discrediting honor, advantage or goodwill of the citizen or goodwill of the legal entity containing in the executive document did not remove the specified information, the judicial police officer-contractor issues the decree on collection of performing collection and the resolution on restriction of information access, extended in the Internet network discrediting honor, advantage or goodwill of the citizen or goodwill of the legal entity.
2. Within one working day from the moment of pronouncement of the resolution of the judicial police officer-contractor on restriction of information access extended in the Internet network discrediting honor, advantage or goodwill of the citizen or goodwill of the legal entity, the judicial police officer-contractor sends such resolution to the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and communication.".
