Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of the subitem 15 of Item 4, of Items 8 and 18 of article 33 of the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 167-FZ "About mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
