"Article 36.1. Savings and deposit certificates

Savings and deposit certificates are the personalized documentary securities certifying the fact of entering by the investor into credit institution of the deposit amount on the conditions specified in the appropriate certificate and the right of the owner of such certificate to obtaining after the term of the deposit amount established by the certificate and percent caused by the certificate in the credit institution which issued the certificate.
