Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 25, 2011 No. 260-FZ "About the state support in the field of agricultural insurance and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Development of Agricultural Industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 31, Art. 4700; No. 50, Art. 7359; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7535; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3094; No. 26, Art. 3891) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) Item 5 after words "losses (death) of farm animals," to add with words "losses (death) of objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding),";

b) add with Items 17 and 18 of the following content:

"17) objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) - aquaculture objects concerning which the business activity relating to agricultural production according to the Federal Law of July 2, 2013 No. 148-FZ "About aquaculture (fish breeding) and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" is performed;

18) loss (death) of objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) - the loss of objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) taking place during validity of agricultural insurance as a result of approach of events, stipulated in Article the 8th this Federal Law.";

2) part 4 of article 3 after words "losses (death) of farm animals," to add with words "losses (death) of objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding),";

3) in Article 4:

a) add Item 2 with the subitem "v" of the following content:
