it is punished by penalty at the rate to four hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to eighteen months or imprisonment for a period of up to three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without that.";
