About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2014 No. 30

Based on paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 35, "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitems 10.7 and 10.27 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228 "About some questions of customs authorities" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 1 of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014

1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2014 No. 30 "About Items of customs clearance" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.07. 2014, 8/28855; 30.05. 2015, 8/29946; 01:06. 2016, 8/30952; 21:12. 2016, 8/31531) following changes:

1.1. in appendix 1 to this resolution line item
