About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in pursuance of requirements of Article 1087 of the Civil code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine" the following changes:

Item 1 after the words "in Ukraine" to add 1) with words "(further - Regulations on conducting cash transactions)";

2) after Item 1 to add the resolution with two new Items 1-1 and 1-2 - the following content:

"1-1. Subjects of managing have the right till June 30, 2018 (inclusive) to use in the activities sheet forms on payment, the cash receipt order, the cash payment order, the magazine of registration of receipt and issue cash documents, the cash book, the book of accounting of the cash issued and accepted by the senior teller and the act of results of inventory count of the available means established by the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 15, 2004 No. 637, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 2005 under 40/10320 (with changes).
