About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 2, 2017 No. 204 "About approval of Rules of conducting single national testing and complex testing"

1. in the Rules of conducting single national testing and complex testing approved by the specified order:

"2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the information sheet - the sheet issued to PPENT or selection committee of higher educational institution in case of filing of application for participation in EHT or KT and together with the certificate by results of EHT or KT and also selection committee of higher educational institution in case of filing of application for participation in tender on award of the educational grant according to the chosen combination of profile objects. Information leaf contains information: about the list of specialties; the number of the selected educational grants in the current year and results of tender of previous year on award of educational grants;

2) basic higher educational institutions - the higher education institutions performing carrying out KT;

3) selection committee of basic higher education institutions - the commission under higher education institution performing carrying out KT;

4) profile subject is the subject studied profoundly or at the increased level, its content conforms to profile educational standards and requirements of single profile examinations (or single examinations in the choice at the increased level);

5) the main subject - the discipline directed to more complete assessment and stability of profound academic knowledge, practical understanding of discipline on specialties;

6) all-profile discipline - the discipline directed to assessment of the academic knowledge of basic disciplines of educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary education for related specialties;

7) leaf of answers - the special form intended for estimation of results of EHT or KT on which arriving notes answers to test tasks;

8) the copy of leaf of answers - the form intended for independent calculation of points after EHT or KT which is not the document for estimation of results of testing;

9) linear higher education institutions - the higher education institutions performing documents acceptance on KT;

10) selection committee of linear higher education institutions - the commission under higher education institution performing documents acceptance from arriving on KT;

11) KT - one of forms of selection examinations for the entering higher education institutions which is carried out at the same time on several subject matters using information and communication technologies;

12) leaf of distribution of options - the leaf containing information with fixing of version of books to certain number of the place in audience;

13) the landing sheet - the sheet of distribution arriving in places in audience;

14) ENT - one of forms of selection examinations for receipt in higher educational institutions (further - higher education institutions);

15) PPENT - Item of carrying out ENT;

16) threshold point - the minimum amount of points determined by Standard rules in each subject and of all objects or disciplines of testing, and separately for some specialties and higher education institutions, intended for participation in Tender on award of the educational grant or transfer in higher education institution on paid basis.";

"3. For participation in ENT arriving files documents which are on a centralized basis transferred to PPENT to the organization of education:

1) the statement of the established sample, in form of the deputy approved by the order. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2007 No. 502 "About approval of the document form of the strict reporting, used by the organizations of education in educational activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4991) (further - the order No. 502), filled under the identity document;

2) two photographs of 3 x 4 in size;

3) copy of the identity document.

1) separate audience;

2) the assistant, not being teacher of the objects which are handed over within ENT for handicapped children and disabled people with violation of sight, functions of the musculoskeletal device and (or) the specialist knowing sign language for handicapped children and disabled people with hearing disorder.

The organizations of general secondary education are attached to PPENT.";
