About approval of Changes in the Instruction about forced return and exclusion from Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of May 19, 2016 No. 1379-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of provisions of judicial protection of foreigners and stateless persons and settlement of the single questions connected with counteraction of illegal migration" for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine we ORDER third:

1. Make changes to the Instruction about forced return and exclusion from Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine of April 23, 2012 No. 353/271/150, registered on May 21, 2012 for No. 806/21119, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy chairmen of the Public migratory service, State Border Service and Security service according to functional obligations.
