About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. from part one of Item 10 of Rules on development of business plans of the investment projects approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2005 No. 158 "About approval of Rules on development of business plans of investment projects" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 158, 8/13184; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.10. 2014, 8/29168), the words "certified by seal" to exclude;
1.2. in Item 12 of the Instruction on requirements to the concept of the project of public-private partnership, to the feasibility statement on offers on project implementation of public-private partnership and to the tender documentation approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2016 No. 49 "About projects of public-private partnership" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.11. 2016, 8/31366):
