About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2008 No. 11 "About approval of the Regulations on the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus and Regulations on the announcement of Gratitude of the Minister of information of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 214, 8/19413):
in the Regulations on the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The certificate of honor is encouragement form for merits in the field of mass information, publishing, printing activities, activities for distribution of printing editions and products of mass media (further - the sphere of information).";
in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "legal entities of non-state pattern of ownership, the share (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control to the Ministry of information" shall be replaced with words "economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and the Ministries of information are transferred to the control";
in item 4 and part three of Item 6 of the word of "managements and departments" shall be replaced with words "structural divisions";
in appendix 1 to this Provision:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
