About modification of the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport

According to Chapters II and V of the Charter of quality of the international motor freight transportation in system of multilateral quota of EKMT signed by Ministers of Transport of member countries of the International Transport Forum on May 28, 2015 to Leipzig and to the paragraph to the twenty sixth the subitem 13 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (with changes), I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, No. 1076/9675 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in paragraph three of Item 1 of the Section III of the word and figures of "4500 euros for the first car and 2500 euros" shall be replaced with words also in figures "9000 euros for the first car and 5000 euros";

2) in appendices to the Procedure:

be reworded as follows appendix 2 which is applied;

in the text of appendix 5 of letter and the word "(in the presence) "exclude M.P.;

in the text of appendix 6 of the word "(in the presence)" to exclude.

2. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
