About approval of Changes in the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport

According to Chapters I-III And V of the Charter of Quality of the international motor freight transportation in system of multilateral quota of EKMT signed by Ministers of Transport of member countries of the International Transport Forum on May 28, 2015 to Leipzig and the paragraph of the twenty sixth subitem 13 of item 4 of the Regulations on the ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (with changes), I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out the tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 for No. 1076/9675 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of September 11, 2015 No. 362) (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to strategic development department of the road market and motor transportations:

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine;

3) carrying out till December 10, 2017 tender on distribution of permissions for 2018.

3. Determine that the carriers which got permissions of EKMT for accomplishment of transportations in 2017 continue use of such permissions before the expiration of their action.

4. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2017, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
