About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about accounting treatment and uses of the control facilities intended for installation on the block of fiscal memory of the metering devices of finished goods used in case of tobacco products manufacture, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of July 29, 2005 No. 77 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 127, 8/13005):
"seal of the organization - and" to exclude manufacturer of control facilities from part two of Item 11 of the word;
from Item 18 and part two of Item 20 of the word "seal of the organization and" to exclude;
1.2. in appendices 15-17 to the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2010 No. 70 "About some questions of declaring of production volumes and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, establishment of forms of job specifications on leave of ethyl alcohol" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 235, 8/22783; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2015, 8/29582):
