RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus

Based on Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds, and obligations assumed by receivers of means of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 66 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 71, 8/3730; 2009, No. 3, 8/20100; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2014, 8/28566):

in Item 12 part two:

add Item 12 with the interlinear note of the following content:

"______________________________

* It can not be sealed by receivers of budgetary funds which according to the legislation have the right not to use seal.";

1.2. in the national rules of auditor activities "Audit opinion according to the special audit engagement" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2002 No. 8 "About approval of national rules of auditor activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 22, 8/7750; 2010, No. 40, 8/21880; No. 312, 8/23085; 2011, No. 85, 8/23931; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.05. 2014, 8/28667):

the fifth Item 12 to exclude part;
